I work alone, I have a office in my townhome and I am surrounded by PC’s (3 in here right now and 2 more on their way), my wife works in a attorneys office so she goes to work at 9am and comes home at 5ish..
My only companion for the day is Buster, he is a beagle jack russell cross (they call then jackabees here in the USA), and he drives me mad sometimes. But most of the time he sits here at my feet or when it is sunny he moves to sit on the rug where the sun comes in through the window.
I do often think that working at home alone gives you a stronger bond to our pets than if we had “proper” jobs and only saw then a cpl of times a day.
So I could understand when my friend Vivian was telling me all about Charmer and his fight with cancer
It is heartbreaking to think how upset I would be if buster was in the same situation, in fact I don’t even want to think about it.
Now rather than wallow, Vivian is trying to do something to help Charmer fight the cancer , the vets bills are horrendous as you can imagine.
So I would appreciate it if you would at least take a look her the page and if you can help directly or indirectly in any way then I know Viv (and her dog charmer) would appreciate it, even if you just add a link to her blog somewhere it will help.
Ok I am off to play catch with Buster and eat ice cream..
